Postage is free within Australia and $23.00 for orders outside Australia. Orders are not dispatched until payment is received. All items are usually shipped within 1-2 days from the date of order, unless advised otherwise via the home page.

Blueberry Paper accepts all electronic payments through PayPal. Although it is quick and easy to set up a Paypal account, you can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account. For Australian orders we also accept direct deposit. Please contact us for account details.

Blueberry Paper take the utmost care to ensure that all products are of the highest standard and quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Blueberry Paper will accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase and provide a full refund, exchange or credit notice, excluding the cost of postage.

In the event that a parcel and its contents are damaged in transit, please contact Blueberry Paper within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged parcel to organize a replacement, exchange or refund. We will happily replace the damaged item once the original item is returned to us. The original cost of postage is non refundable, however we will not charge you to have a replacement item shipped to you in this instance.
