Note:We'll be at the Reed Gift Fairs from 25-29th of February. We will do our best to get your order to you ASAP, however processing will be slower than usual in the lead up to and during this time. Orders involving the new wrap designs (BPWF0009-BPWF0011) will be processed from 24/2.

Note that if the above online form is used and you have filled out this form (www.blueberrypaper.com.au/bpccform.pdf) you will receive an additional $14.75-$24.75 in value per order, depending on your retail pricing. This is our recommended method of ordering and payment. No surcharges are involved.

* Simply email us the item numbers and quantities you're interested in (we can choose the designs for you too, if you like). Be sure to note whether you want the cards "cello wrapped" (+10c per card).

OR

* Print and then fax or scan one of the following forms:

-Compact two page order form (www.blueberrypaper.com.au/order_form_c.pdf)

For convenience (and potentially free additional cards) you might like to fill out a "Permission to Keep Credit Card Number on File" form (see for more details: www.blueberrypaper.com.au/bpccform.pdf)

If you want to modify your submitted order email info@blueberrypaper.com.au ASAP. Once you have submitted your order we'll process it and email you a PDF invoice with payment method details. Payment is NOT processed using the above order form.
